LATEST Education DATA

The high school graduation rate for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools rose for the third consecutive year, according to new data from the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.  In the 2010-11 school year, the 4-year cohort graduation rate for CMS was 72.2 percent.  In the 2011-12 school year, it was 75.1 percent, an increase of nearly three percentage points.
