Where is the youth population in Mecklenburg County? What areas within the county have large youth populations, and what areas have fewer youth? Are there areas in which youth of one racial/ethnic group are more prominent than others? For much of the past decade, we have been relying on 2000 Census data to answer these questions- until now.
With the recent release of the first set of 2010 Census data for North Carolina, we can now provide timely answers to these questions and more.
